Position Summary: The Lawn Spray Technician assists in providing expert lawn care services on residential and commercial properties. As a certified technician, you will work in a company provided vehicle to apply fertilization and weed control in a designated route.

Essential Duties & Task:

• Lawn fertilization, weed/pest control and aeration

• Apply granular & liquid fertilization and pesticide application to customer’s lawns according to state regulations.

• Evaluate lawns on each visit and note any issues or concerns; diagnose disease, inspect problems, or other issues. Keep

• detailed notes about every visit.

• Communicate with the office about any issues in the field.

• Educate customers on best practices, products used, and results by delivering exceptional customer service.

• Keep customers up-to-date on their lawn care program.

• Safely and properly operate lawn equipment. Responsible for maintaining company vehicles.

• Manage designated route and territory

• Drives all non-CDL vehicles and performs (un)loading of equipment and materials

• Drives company vehicles and operates other necessary equipment assigned.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Desired Experience: Lawn care industry; however, experience is not required as we provide on the job and training and certification.

Skills/Abilities: Problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivated, team player.

Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving background.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
